Vivere Sky served as the lead consultant for the development of GO PARK Sai Kung, providing advisory services on sports facility planning, design and operations. We supported the creation of a large-scale integrated sports and lifestyle destination that brings together sports, leisure and outdoor experiences in a vibrant environment.
Spanning over 300,000 sq. ft., GO PARK features golf driving ranges, tennis courts, lacrosse pitches, football and rugby fields, cycling trails and a rooftop park overlooking Sai Sha’s natural landscape. The project also marks the firm’s first sports retail and entertainment destination in Asia.
Spree Park
Spree Park is a 4,500+ sq. m. multi-functional sports, wellness and cultural destination located in Nansha Bay. The park features emerging sports facilities, large-scale indoor pickleball courts, 3×3 basketball training spaces, fitness and rehabilitation services, hyperbaric oxygen therapy facilities, aerial yoga studios, cafés, etc.
Positioned within the Greater Bay Area, Spree Park also hosts youth training programmes, sports tourism initiatives, arts and cultural activities, community engagement projects and cross-border collaborations, creating an integrated destination for active living and lifestyle experiences.
BAY IVY
Bay Ivy is a lifestyle service platform based in Nansha Bay, connecting tourism, leisure,cultural and community resources across the district. Developed within the broaderNansha Bay ecosystem under Fok Ying Tung Group, the platform brings togetherwaterfront experiences, lifestyle destinations and local services while supporting cross-border living, travel and community engagement between Guangdong, Hong Kong andMacau.
